Stephanie spent the first seven years of her career in Executive Search with Herbert Mines Associates and Kirk Palmer Associates focusing on C level recruitment in the Fashion, Omnichannel Retail, CPG, and Restaurant industries. During this time Stephanie successfully executed searches for clients such as Swarovki, ascena retail group, Skechers, L’Oreal, Express, Global Brands Group, and Luxottica in Marketing, Analytics, Sales, Finance, Planning, and Strategy.
Prior to joining eTeam Executive Search Stephanie spent five years with ANN INC. (Ann Taylor, LOFT, & Lou & Grey) in Talent Acquisition leading full lifecycle recruitment for Marketing, Analytics, Planning and Allocation, E-Commerce, Sourcing, Technical Design, Store Design, Procurement, Corporate Social Responsibility, Charitable Initiatives, Human Resources, Legal, and Corporate Strategy across the businesses three brands. Additionally, Stephanie spent time as a Human Resources Generalist for the Global Supply Chain function. As part of the Human Resources Leadership Team Stephane built and implemented multiple processes and strategies across Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
