Paul has over 30 years of experience building sales and marketing driven companies. He is the founder and Principal of Accelerant Digital Consulting, LLC.
Paul was EVP and General Manager of The Weather Channel Media Sales Company, where he was responsible for all advertising revenue streams including cable TV, online, mobile and international. Iaffaldano was also a member of the team that launched weather.com.
Paul co-chaired the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) privacy committee and was a founding board member of the Wireless Advertising Association (now known as Mobile Marketing Association). He also helped launch the magazine publishing division at Walt Disney Company and served as VP of Advertising Sale at Travel Channel cable network.
Paul has been the recipient of numerous awards such as Advertising Age’s prestigious Media Maven award for thought leadership in digital media; the first ever lifetime achievement awards for excellence in sales as recognized by major advertisers; and a Gold Effie Award from the American Marketing Association for his work on Celestial Seasonings. His other distinctive work and noteworthy clients include: Kraft-General Foods, Quaker Oats, General Mills, Anheuser-Busch, Coca Cola and Sears Roebuck.
Paul holds an MBA from Loyola University as well as a BA degree from Wittenberg University and has completed management training programs at Harvard University, University of Virginia and William and Mary College.
